Drawing trumps to the hand and finesse ♢K, discarding ♡Q on the ♢A. Returning hand with ruffing small ♢. Then playing small from hand to J on the table. Everything is fine.

ATTENTION PLEASE:
If you don't have ♣J, this plan will fail if trump is 0-3. In this case, finesse ♡J might a better choice.
